He was careful about the newly cleaned carpet and communicated about everything! His work is remarkable. “Great customer service! Had some problems with the condenser unit and contacted AC Mech to schedule an technician to stop by and check it out. Travis stopped by and I explained what the problem was. He was very friendly and professional and took off his shoes when in the house! A diagnosis was performed on the unit and it turned out the contactor relay was corroded. Travis cleaned it and the unit kicked on smoothly with no problems. Definitely saved me $$$ from having to buy parts or a new unit.”
